"I am in the process of purchasing a condo and needed home owners insurance. Tiegan Trunk was the account representative who was assisting me with this process. She did a great job educating me on the various options and coverages available to me. In fact, she brought to my attention a matter I hadn’t previously considered. Tiegan asked if my condo had a finished basement. When I answered “Yes”, she suggested we add coverage for sub pump/ sewer and drainage failure. That had completely slipped my mind. I am appreciative of all that Tiegan has done. She was courteous and very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. I’m happy that she was the account representative assisting me."

Dora looked at everything and said we can do better and she was able to get me a better deal on my auto then previously AND. Was able to reinstating my condo insurance . She went above and beyond for me today and I couldn’t be more grateful for her"

"I can't say enough about the Danlow Agency. I've been dealing with them for 10 years on my Renter's Insurance with always great service & pricing. When I thought they couldn't be any better - last week I purchased my 1st car in a long time. It took 15 minutes before driving off the lot and Olivia had me fully covered with bundled pricing. Since, I've been in touch with Tiegan in the office who has been servicing my new account. She's been most helpful with investigating and answering some other questions I had - but most of all, proactive and responsive in getting back to me. I've always placed being responsive in calls returned as the #1 attribute I look for in a vendor/servicer - these 2 gals certainly reinforced my surety in choosing/staying with The Danlow Agency."
